SOME DUMB CATERING was a durational performance experiment inspired by the development of 'Some Dumb Play'.
In this work, audience participants watched a live cooking show broadcast from a distant kitchen. Throughout the show, they were invited to vote on each ingredient used in the preparation of a meal. At the end of the night, the meal was served to a hungry waiting crowd...
This one-off project has served to inform early development of a new work by Counterpilot. CRUNCH TIME (2018) will use a similar process of participants voting for ingredients and watching a live video feed.
